Writing
I want to write a book (or many) someday, but for now I write my life into personal essays that help me understand my experience of the world!
My current journal has this message on the front cover: "The book is an extension of memory and imagination"

Sidequests
Exploring
Some of my favourite places I've been to are: NYC, Dublin, the Residenzschloss Museum in Dresden, Fes, Montpellier, Mabul Island, Ipoh, Datong, and the top of Mt Brunswick.
Sports
I love playing volleyball, snowboarding, dragonboating, swimming, and hiking. I want to play tennis.
Languages
I spend a solid amount of time trying to learn to become literate in Chinese and proficient in spoken Mandarin. I always watch movies and shows with French or Spanish subtitles.
Hobbies
I'm always sunrise and sunset chasing, and I think that sunlight and shadows on stuff makes the best photos. I like baking, and I'm often learning new songs on the guitar and piano.
